Aniket Kulkarni
The Firm is a Chartered Accountancy Firm and is headed by Mr Aniket Kulkarni who has been involved in various projects for the clients like Transfer Pricing Assignments, IPO’s, Direct Tax and Indirect Tax Advisory, Project Funding, Mergers, Acquisitions and Foreign Direct Investments.
The staff strength currently is 15 employees, out of which 2 are experienced Chartered Accountants, 8 are semi qualified and the rest are Commerce Graduates/ Post Graduates.
The Firm provides a wide variety of services like Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Direct & Indirect tax Compliances, Direct Tax Advisory, Indirect Tax Advisory, Corporate Finance, IPO Compliances, Private Equity, etc.
The Firm has a major thrust on the taxation related consultancies and companies. The Firm has over a period of time.
